The whole house

For a family gathering, a group of friends, a walking party or a wedding party staying nearby, you can take the whole house: all five bedrooms, the guest kitchen and the lounge, with nobody else staying.

Sleeps ten across three double rooms and two twin rooms, each with its own bathroom (four en suite, one next door). The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook for the whole party, and a complimentary breakfast is laid out every morning as usual. There is a lounge with a television for the evenings, and the town centre, the bus station, the harbour, restaurants and pubs are all five minutes' walk away.

Portree is the middle of the island, so a group can split up by day, north to the Storr and the Quiraing, west to Dunvegan and Neist Point, south to the Cuillins and the Fairy Pools, and meet again for dinner.

How it works

Whole-house bookings are made on the same booking page as the rooms. Choose "Whole house" and your dates, and all five rooms are reserved for you in one go; the price is the five rooms together, and the minimum stay is two nights. You can also book two, three or four rooms together for a smaller group.
