House rules and booking terms

We are happy to welcome you to our guest house. Please read these before you arrive.

Arrival and departure

Check in is between 14:00 and 18:00, and check out is by 10:00.

If you need to arrive earlier or later than that, please call or message us before you travel so we can arrange it. For late arrivals there is a master lock on the right hand side of the main door. Inside you will find keys marked with your room number: one for the main door and one for your room. Please let us know so we can leave them out.

On the day you leave, please leave the keys in your room door.

Parking

Parking at the house is available on request. Please tell us when you book so we can keep a space for you, and park considerately so that other guests can get in and out.

Cancellation

No fee is charged for a booking cancelled within 24 hours of making it. After that, the booking is non-refundable.

In the house

Please take your shoes off at the door and leave them in the corridor.

The kitchen has a coffee machine and the breakfast corner, where a complimentary breakfast is laid out from 7am for you to help yourself. There is no cooked breakfast and no set breakfast time. You are welcome to cook for yourself as well; everything you need is there.

Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. The smoking area is in the rear garden, reached through the kitchen.

Please make sure the front door is locked whenever you leave the house.

Please switch off the cooker, iron, fan and any other equipment after using it.

We ask you to be considerate towards our neighbours and to keep noise down after 11pm.
