What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, contact details, the dates of your stay and the information needed to take payment. When you contact us by email or telephone we keep what you send us so that we can reply and manage your stay.

Payment

Card payments are handled by our booking provider and their payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see how visitors find us, but only if you choose to accept analytics cookies in the banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookies link at the bottom of any page. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. If a booking system is embedded on the site, that provider may set cookies necessary for the booking to work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and no longer.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in the footer. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
