We are happy to see you in our newly redecorated guest house.

The check in time we request is from 15:00. Check out till 10:00. If you think you will check in later you have the follow additional instruction:
On the right hand side of the main door you can see a master lock.Inside will be the keys with your room number. One key is for the main door the other one for your room.
After you enter the house PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES and keep them in the corridor.
In the kitchen you can find access for coffee machine, continental breakfast corner.
You are welcome to cook. Our kitchen has access for all the neccesarities for cooking.
Free car park space.
Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden. The smoking area is in the rear garden, which is access from the kitchen.
Every time on your leave the house please make sure the front door is locked.
On departure day please don’t forget to leave the keys in your room door.
No pets access.
Children from 5 years old.
Health and safety:
This is not smoking guest house,smoking area is located on the rear garden.
Please be responsible of using electric equipment in the house.
After using cooker,iron,fan utt. Please make sure them are swiched off.
In case of emergency please note the fire extinguisher and fire blanket is located in the kitchen next to the fridge,same as first aid kit.
